I don’t have an account, how do I apply for one?
Accounts offered only to members of the Trade and we will take up
trade references to establish credit terms. To start the process, please send
an email to sales@phrings.com
Do the prices show include VAT?
The prices
shown with each ring do not include VAT although this will be shown when you ‘check
out’
Are any
of your rings available on approval?
We do not offer an “appro” service.
Can I modify the design of the ring or have it made in a different metal?
The rings shown on this website are available via this site as per the options
shown in the ordering section only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For special orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for a diamond set ring, a plain
ring is usually despatched roughly a week after ordering. This is just
indicative, often we will send you your order sooner.
For larger stock orders please inquire at time of ordering.
I want to order rings from both the X at PH range and the PH Wedding ring
range, do I need to 2 accounts?
Both your orders will be on your existing account. You will continue to receive
the same terms as before.
I really like your images, can I use them for my own website?
Please contact us to discuss your requirements as we may be able to supply
images in a variety of formats or in a style more suited to a retail
environment.
Can I download a price list or an order form ?
